The Beginning…
IklanBrunei was established in October 2014. As a social media entrepreneur ourselves, we realised the importance of having promotions for a strong presence in the social media. Thus, IklanBrunei was established for such purpose. Starting from a humble beginning on Instagram, we now currently have over 55k followers on Instagram (as of January 2017).
The Objectives…
IklanBrunei was created in order to help our local entrepreneurs to reach more customers. Not everyone knows the tricks on getting more followers / likers for their social media account. Not everyone have the time to spend on promoting their products. This is where IklanBrunei coming in to fill the gap. We are proud to have served over 1,000 customers ever since we started in October 2014.
The Expansions…
IklanBrunei is now expanding. We started our second Instagram, PrelovedBrunei to cater for users who wishes to sell their preloved items. We also have launched our Facebook page to in order to reach more Bruneians and serves more social media entrepreneurs who uses Facebook instead of Instagram.
The Website…
The website was already in planning stage since early 2015 but due to time constraints, we have decided to focus our energy towards our instagram. The decision to revive the idea of having a website was finally made in 2017, which leads to the birth of this website.
The Concept…
The main feature of this website is it’s growing directory of social media entrepreneurs. Undeniably, among the many messages and comments that we received from our instagram and facebook are users who were asking where they can find specific products / products categories. Hopefully this feature will be very useful for both the users and the entrepreneurs.
